Keith Scott

Keith has over 25 years of experience in the resources industry with a career that began in projects as a geologist, progressed into consulting, and then further advanced into various executive management roles.
In 2016 Keith joined Mining Oil and Gas Services (MOGS) as CEO of the mining division which comprised of 9 mining services businesses. Subsequently, Keith was also appointed as the CEO of Fraser Alexander, the largest subsidiary in the group, a position he has held for the past seven years.
In 2022, Keith took on the role of CEO for MOG’s entire group whose eleven assets span mining services and oil and gas infrastructure and concessions. In addition to his role as CEO of Fraser Alexander and MOGS, Keith is an executive board member and serves as a non-executive board member and/or shareholder representative for several subsidiary companies within the group. He also holds subsidiary board chairmanships.
Keith is an experienced industry executive who fulfils the strategic and leadership direction of the organisation. He is passionate about people and positive change, believing that empowered people create better businesses where growth, profitability, and positive social and environmental impact are possible.
Vivien Nkono Maliki, CA (SA)

Maliki joined MOGS (Pty) Ltd in 2015 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director in 2022. Prior to his appointment he served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer and Group Financial Manager for both Oil and Gas and Mining Services Group.
Previously, he was a Financial Manager at Sasol Group Services from 2012 to 2015 and, prior to that, the Trainee Accountant of Sasol Secunda Shared Services. He also held a number of senior roles that involved extensive strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business optimisation and capital market experience.
