Mining, Oil and Gas Services (MOGS), is a leading black-owned and Pan-African oil and gas and mining services group founded in 2007.

The company’s business comprises two divisions: MOGS Oil and Gas Services, an owner and operator of oil and gas infrastructure and concession assets, and MOGS Mining Services, the largest mining services group in Africa. Our goal is to acquire high return mining and oil and gas services and infrastructure assets in South Africa and other geographies.
